Things are getting noisy at your sister's sleepover.
They've been playing checkers and now everyone is shouting at everyone else--they're trying to decide who's the best player. The scores so far: Lisa beat Amy, and also Jenny; Amy beat Jill, Cindy and Jenny; Jill beat Lisa and Cindy; Cindy beat Lisa and Jenny; and Jenny beat Jill.
Who's the champion? Shouting won't work, so figure it out for them before your mother has to come and quiet things down.
Solution
Make a table of wins and losses, as in the figure below. This makes it pretty clear. Amy is the only one who won more than she lost. She should be the champ.
